We had a Wine Enthusiast unit that had never worked properly since it was installed. He found the front-vent path had been blocked by a false toe-kick panel and the unit had been slowly cooking itself. Rebuilt the airflow path and it has been fine ever since.

One phone number covers the whole area. When you call, the useful things to have are the model number from the plate inside the door, what the panel is set to, what the panel reads, and what a thermometer on the middle shelf reads after a few hours with the door shut.
If the property has anything unusual about access — a gate, a long driveway, stairs, a marina berth, restricted parking — say so when you book. It changes what gets loaded on the van and it saves a second trip.

Do you charge more to travel to the far end of the Bay?
No. The service call is $89 wherever you are in the coverage area, and it is waived when you book the repair.
