Contact
Two ways to reach us
A phone number and a booking link. There is no contact form on this site and no email address anywhere on it.
What to have in front of you
None of this is required. All of it shortens the visit, and two of them can settle the diagnosis before we arrive.
- Model number
- On the plate inside the door, usually on the left frame near the hinge. It matters more than the brand — the same badge covers very different machines.
- What it is set to
- Both zones if it has two.
- What the panel reads
- The number the display is actually showing, not the setting.
- What the shelf reads
- Put any thermometer on the middle shelf, shut the door and leave it four hours. This one number changes the diagnosis more than anything else you can tell us.
- What changed
- A move, a remodel, a power cut, a door reversal, a previous repair. All of those alter what we look for first.
- Access
- Gates, stairs, long driveways, marina berths, parking. It decides what gets loaded on the van.
Coverage
The whole Bay Area. San Francisco, the Peninsula, the South Bay, the East Bay, Marin, and up into Napa and Sonoma. Same number, same service call, wherever you are.
Contact questions
Is there an email address or a contact form?
No. Phone and the online booking link are the only two ways to reach us, deliberately — a wine cooler fault is a conversation with two or three questions in it and that works badly by email.
Can you diagnose it over the phone?
Sometimes we can tell you it is not a fault at all — a thermoelectric unit at its ambient limit, or a dual-zone cabinet being asked for more separation than its architecture allows. Anything beyond that needs measurement on site.
What area do you cover?
The whole Bay Area: San Francisco, the Peninsula, the South Bay, the East Bay, Marin, Napa and Sonoma. One number for all of it.
Do you charge to come out?
$89 for the service call, waived when you book the repair with us.
