Serenity Over the Bay
Where mist meets stone, legacy begins.
Light
Filtered through soft marine fog, the light of Belvedere refracts against limestone and oak. Our wine rooms honor this light — welcoming it, softening it, preserving its memory.
Mist
Humidity born of the bay demands respect. Every cellar we create carries engineered breath — balancing mist and dryness in quiet symphony.
Stone
Local stone, tempered by centuries, forms the still bones of our projects. Silent, immovable, eternal — as wine deserves.

Behind an ivy-covered Belvedere villa, we discovered a forgotten wine vault: damp air, cracked shelving, stories waiting to breathe again. We did not rebuild it. We listened — and carefully revived it, honoring every scar.
Another estate revealed a hidden cooling chamber, its 1950s climate system asleep in rust. We reimagined it invisibly — retaining every inch of memory, while breathing life into modern performance.
True engineering is invisible. Our wine sanctuaries are silent architectures of pressure, balance, temperature and breath — unseen, unfelt, until the cork turns, and the room exhales its patience.
Like the tides of the bay, true heritage rises quietly. In Belvedere, we build not rooms — but legacies in stillness.
